Instructions:

Step 1: Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Take a few deep, slow breaths to center yourself. If you wish, close your eyes and visualize roots extending from your body into the earth, grounding your energy and preparing you for mindful creation.

Step 2: Carefully measure one tablespoon of your chosen carrier oil and pour it into the clean, dry glass bottle. Next, add each essential oil one drop at a time, starting with frankincense, then sandalwood, followed by jasmine and clary sage.
