The wind is a wonderful symbol for the solitary witch.
You cannot grab it.
You cannot order it to remain still.
It changes direction.
It moves around obstacles.
It crosses boundaries without asking permission.
It may arrive as the faintest breeze or as a storm capable of bringing down trees.
And yet we cannot see the wind itself.
We see what it does.
Perhaps Witchcraft can sometimes be understood in much the same way.
We do not have to define every experience.
We do not have to construct rules around everything.
We do not even have to agree with one another about what Magick ultimately is.
For the Solitary Pagan Witch, uncertainty does not have to be a weakness.
It can be freedom.
